Dao Ly

Attorney/Principal Broker/Co-Owner/Wealth-Building Advocate

Dao is a top-producing real estate broker and co-owner of Distinction, guiding her team with expertise gained from over 10 years in the industry. Her client-focused approach and commitment to education make her a trusted advisor for both residential and commercial real estate needs. Dao is passionate about helping her clients generate wealth through real estate for themselves, their families, and future generations.

Dao brings that same dedication and passion to her team. She is committed to the growth and success of her agents, providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive in the competitive real estate market. Dao’s commitment to helping her agents build wealth mirrors her dedication to her clients, ensuring that both her clients and her team benefit from her extensive industry expertise and unwavering support. Dao’s passion for sharing knowledge, empowering others, and helping her agents and clients build wealth through real estate, combined with her diverse expertise and experience, makes her an invaluable asset to her circle of influence and community.

In addition to her successful real estate career, Dao honed her legal expertise as corporate attorney, specializing in complex B2B contracts, international trade compliance and contract negotiation. Dao possesses strong negotiation skills in complex legal matters, which she brings with her to the real estate world. She holds several specialized licenses and certifications in the corporate/legal field, including a customs broker license (which has a 1% pass rate) and certifications as a Certified US Export Compliance Officer and Certified ITAR Professional.

Dao’s diverse background also includes entrepreneurial ventures, such as owning and managing a restaurant, Tamarind, and property management company, Peak Realty Property Management. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, and as a fellow small business owner, she is dedicated to assisting small businesses with their legal and real estate needs. Dao’s new passion is helping others generate wealth for themselves, their families, and their posterity.

Eileen Stubbs

Chief Operating Officer/Co-Owner/Top Producing Agent

Eileen is a Utah native with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she served as the Director of Performance Leadership at Maverik, where she honed her skills in developing training programs and coaching executive leaders in creating performance scorecards to make performance visible at all levels of the organization. Eileen exceled in her position and had a proven track record of turning struggling Maverick locations to profitability within months. 

With her exceptional leadership experience and passion for coaching, she transitioned to the real estate industry in 2015 and has consistently been a top-producing agent. She successfully launched and led two teams across two states and developed the Anatomy of Team Success training program, designed for anyone who leads others in business, whether as a team lead or a business owner.

In addition to her team leadership and coaching successes, she is also a highly skilled business consultant who works with business owners to create and implement a solid foundation and framework for business planning. With her expertise in performance leadership and team success, she is uniquely qualified to help entrepreneurs develop and implement effective strategies that drive growth and success. 

In 2021, she seized the opportunity to open her own franchise, where she is dedicated to creating an agent-centric environment while helping others realize their full potential through one-on-one business coaching. Her commitment to empowering and guiding others to success is reflected in her service on the Board of Directors for the Beverly Carter Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving agent safety.

Through her diverse experiences and skill sets, Eileen has built a reputation as a highly effective leader, coach, and mentor. Her approach is client-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on developing long-term relationships and achieving success for everyone she works with. With her extensive background in creating profitable businesses, Eileen strives to empower agents to build sustainable profitable businesses that will guarantee long-term success. 

Breezy Herrera

South Jordan Office Manager/Director of First Impressions

Meet Breezy, our dedicated Office Manager in our South Jordan office. Originally from Miami, Breezy has spent most of her life in Utah, where she enjoys the vibrant mix of cultures. As a mother of three humans and three cats, Breezy has mastered the art of multitasking and organization, skills that she seamlessly translates into her professional role. 

Breezy brings extensive management and bookkeeping experience to our team, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her strong attention to detail and impressive organizational skills are assets that keep our operations in top shape. Breezy’s professional journey includes 17 years as a stay-at-home mom, where she honed her ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain order in a bustling household.

Outside of work, Breezy is a creative at heart. She enjoys cooking, true crime stories, EDM music and concerts, and spending time with her big and rowdy Cuban family. Breezy’s vibrant personality and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team. You can always count on her to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently! Breezy also handles all new agent onboarding. 

Carly Mitchell

St George Office Manager/Compliance Officer/Marketplace Specialist 

Meet Carly, our dynamic and dedicated Office Manager at ROG since 2022! With a robust background in sales, customer service, and administration, Carly brings a wealth of experience and versatility to her role. She’s also a proud mom of two—a 14-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter.

Carly earned her Master Esthetician license in 2013, leading her to adventures in New Orleans, Albuquerque, and Atlanta. In 2018, she found her way back home to St. George, where she embraces an active lifestyle. When she’s not working or spending time with her family, you’ll find Carly indulging in her favorite outdoor activities. She loves rock climbing, hiking, canyoneering, kayaking, camping, backpacking, running, and, above all, roller skating. You can often catch her at the skate park or zipping around the Red Hills Parkway water tower.

In the office, Carly is the go-to person for any challenge. She wears all hats with ease and is always willing to take on new tasks, demonstrating her reliability and eagerness to learn. Carly’s commitment to continuous improvement ensures she is always progressing and enhancing her skills. Her collaborative spirit makes her a huge team player, always ready to support her colleagues and contribute to the team’s success.

Above all, Carly loves her job and the amazing agents she gets to help every day. She couldn’t imagine doing anything else and is passionate about making a positive impact in the workplace. Carly’s dedication, reliability, and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of the Distinction family.

Richard MacMullen

Cedar City Office Manager/Director of Branding and Social Media

Meet Richard, our talented Social Media and Branding Director at Distinction. With a rich background in management and a deep passion for painting, photography, graphic design, and Photoshop, Richard brings a unique blend of skills that make him the perfect fit for helping our agents with their branding needs. Born and raised in Vegas, Richard moved to Cedar City eight years ago to help care for his grandparents.

Richard’s expertise in art and design ensures that he can create visually stunning and effective branding strategies that will elevate our agents’ presence in the market. His charismatic and easy-going nature, combined with his ability to adapt and innovate, make him a valuable team player who consistently offers fresh and creative ideas.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys watching scary movies, playing video games, and indulging in his passion for BMX. Often found at the skate park or hosting riding events for the community, Richard has pursued BMX enthusiastically for 21 years. He feels incredibly lucky to be working with a company that values his artistic contributions and is excited to work closely with our agents to help them succeed.
