Just getting your real estate license? This is the place for you. Tailored specifically for those new to the industry, our Agent Success Programs covers everything from understanding market dynamics to mastering negotiation tactics. You’ll receive hands-on one-on-one mentoring from experienced mentors that are producing agents and Eileen herself. You will gain insights, experience, and learn every aspect of the real estate process and best practices.

One-on-One
Mentorship

Our in-house mentoring program, crafted with precision and care, incorporates executive and leadership training that Eileen originally developed for her work with Maverick gas station. Eileen’s leadership training program was so successful that she incorporated that to create a custom Agent Success Program for our brand-new agents and tailored to help agents excel in real estate. You’ll gain valuable insights and strategies from experienced mentors, helping you navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities. This custom program with personalized support has yielded such great success for our mentees, which are closing deals within a couple months after getting their license.
